Poor customer service

I don't know what the bracelet looks like because I sent it to someone for a gift. They live in another state. I actually spoke to a man from your store on the phone and asked him if it was going to be there for Christmas because it was being shipped UPS. I can't remember the exact wording of how he said it but he was sly. Didn't actually say yes it would be there but how he answered me made me think it was going to be there for Christmas. It wasn't. So now this 10-year-old girl still hasn't gotten her Christmas present because she was going to be at where I sent it for Christmas Day. That didn't go over well with me at all! If he had told me he didn't know then I could have acted accordingly but I thought it was going to be there so I did nothing in case it wasn't. He ruined a little girl's Christmas gift from her aunt. Christmas is all about kids and he took that away. I I'm not happy about that at all. Just be honest! Then people can act accordingly.
