Shipping policy

We strive to hold our shipping costs to an absolute minimum on every order, which is why we're glad to offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $99. As an added bonus, all Domestic orders now qualify for $5 flat-rate shipping  -- just select Standard Shipping at checkout, and you'll still receive helpful tracking information upon checkout! Standard Ground delivery windows are generally 2-5 business days.

Regarding international orders, we are not responsible for the customs and duties charges for package delivery.

Orders are hand-packed when we receive them but occasionally aren't sent off until the following business day. Since each Crystal product is uniquely one-of-a-kind, we try to provide the most complete set of photos possible for each product. Given that Crystals are Natural and come from the Earth, they each possess their own unique striations and patterns which set them apart. Please keep this in mind when purchasing your Crystal! However, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your Crystal, please reach out to us within 30 days to receive a full refund. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for candles, soaps, aromatherapy products or incense.

If anything in your shipment arrives damaged or broken, please reply back to the shipping confirmation email (or send an email to Info@CrystalMagic.com) and we will be more than happy to help.
